• The two guys was polite, but I booked the services for two hours, they arrived at 3 and left by 405 p.m . Granted it did start raining super hard so I did not expect them to finish in rain but I did though thru would wait a few minutes for it to stop and finish helping. But instead they left and by the time the got to the end of road it stopped raining, I had to pay someone else to come help which was more than inconvenient. I appreciate them for moving the big items but I paid for two hours and that's exactly what I needed mind that my 17 year old son was helping them as well. The 3 together unloaded only half the truck, the other person that came was just him and my son an extra 20 to 30 min to to empty the rest of truck.

• They broke my 65 inch TV, my dead mother's heirlooms, my desk and many other items. They were 4 hours LATE. When they arrived they sat down on MY BED and started watching TikTok videos. They went into my refrigerator and started drinking sodas - the sodas I bought for my trip. THEY ARE HORRIFIC!!!! I've never been so disappointed in a moving company and as a 61 year old woman I've moved A LOT. Nothing like this has ever happened in my long life! I'm going to hire an attorney to recoup my damages.
