• There's a reason their reviews are so low. They weren't even able to move a couch out without causing extensive damage. They then will rush you for the payment code since they know of said damage. The unprofessional Mr. rios will then lie, fabricate and even go as far as blame me for the damages. When contacted after the damage was done, he kept saying how I said it was ok to damage it, talking about some closet and how it was necessary but it literally wasn't. He later changed his story and just the inconsistency and unprofessionalism in his lie is just so tiring. Luckily for him, discover doesn't allow chargeback for services rendered(even if they were poorly rendered). So he wins and gets to keep his full payment + $40 in tips. Do not hire the childish, lying Rios. He will not take accountability, he will lie, he will cheat you. If he says to you that he's going to reach out to uhaul for the resolution, it's a lie. A stall tactic hoping you'll forget. Do not hire, you'll lose money.

• The movers were nice BUT they didn’t even get half of our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment moved in the 3 hours we had them. We still paid them. After they left, we checked the truck to see what they had done so far, found that they broke our bed frame. I’m really sorry, I would not use them again.

  Hello good afternoon Im sorry if there were any inconveniences, within the hours You booked me for we tried to work fast and efficient. As much as we tried to load up the truck within our 3 hours, to my understanding after the 3 hours you said it was fine. We got majority of your furniture and the only thing was the boxes. We always try to work safe as possible people stuff where it needs to go and we are always aware on where we put. Like I said Im sorry for the inconvenience. You have a blessed day.
