• The whole crew, 4 guys, were courteous, efficient, careful and fast. Cedric was amazing at packing the UBoxes. Every inch was filled. We were impressed with their work and grateful for them making our move less stressful.

• They were really nice guys and moved most of the big stuff. they rearranged some stuff in the truck because we preloaded a big dining room table and glas, when they were done, I had to rearrange stuff in the truck for a little while to make more room. The main disappointment is that they switched up how we had the table glass originally. We never touched how they moved it after but know that it was not broken before arriving. When we arrived, one of the two main pieces was broken and we are really sad about it. Again, nice and personable guys who did move some heavy stuff and tried their best to move stuff but ultimately wouldn’t hire again. Already tipped in person and appreciate them helping. Stuff happens so I do not want them to get in trouble at all.

• Our experience with this company were unacceptable. The move-out crew arrived 2.5 hours late and was completely unqualified—one mover was a high school student. They asked us how to pack our U-Haul, left 10+ boxes in the rain (I covered them myself), and failed to use any of the provided furniture pads. Our dining table was placed face-down in muddy water, and a wet outdoor couch was nearly stacked on our bare mattress. Damage included a broken chair, gouged furniture, a water-stained table, and shattered glassware. The crew had been called in last minute and only started driving at the time of our scheduled move. When I called Will, the owner, he was unapologetic, blamed us, and never followed up. The day before, they failed to show for a friend’s move too. This was an unprofessional and damaging experience. Do not trust this company.
