• One of the guys spent a lot of time on his phone and only carrying 1 box at a time. Not a lot of urgency to complete the job quickly. I would also recommend deodorant for a few of them.

  Thank you for choosing Ninja Moving and leaving us feedback to learn from. While we do note your concerns, we also realize we showed up on time, got right to work and maintained a steady pace for the duration of the job while avoiding any damages and overcoming several obstacles working against us. Being honest over the phone of the amount of items you have is certainly beneficial not only to us but to the customer as well. The weather played a factor in slowing our pace as it did drop rainfall during your move and we had to use caution. We also recommend customers with larger items to rent larger trucks with more internal height, as the couch on this job simply absorbed much of the truck space and made it near impossible to fit everything. We do also note that our crew does in fact use deodorant, however as mentioned they fought a rainstorm as well as lots of stairs at your loadup location. Unfortunately this combination will lead to body odor for anyone. Enjoy your new home!
