The movers did a great job overall and were professional throughout the process. That said, we wish they had been more careful with our sofa, as it was damaged during the move. Also, the time it took to get from one location to the other was longer than expected, it took them more time than it took us to make the same trip. A bit more speed would have made the experience even better.
