  • Khareem and Tony were the most unprofessional movers I've ever delta with. They were over an hour late. They took 30 minutes to move 2 items. When I confronted Khareem about it, he said, don't worry we will get it done. Then they sat at the truck for 40 minutes talking. Nothing was moved. They move a few boxes in for 20 minutes. Khareem told me time was up, they literally moved 10 items!! Khareem stated they had to close the ticket to keep working and demanded I give him the code. He promised to finish the job. As soon as I gave him they packed up and left. They left all the heavy stuff in the truck and most of the boxes on the curb. I have to hire new movers to finish the job. Don't trust Khareem and Tony. Khareem will start off calling you Mr or Mrs on the phone. Horrible experience. I will never use DYI again. All Khareem said the whole time is I'm the CEO of the company over and over as if that gave him an excuse to not finish the job or even work the time he was hired for.
