My movers were at a 5 stars until the very end when it came time to move my couch. I had already wrapped it multiple times in plastic myself and instead of saying anything about the plastic ripping they proceeded to put the couch directly on rough concrete and tore multiple holes in my couch. There were so many moving blankets that could’ve easily been laid out to make the tight corner down the stairs without damaging my couch. They let all of the cushions fall all over the ground and ended up covered in mud. I wish they would’ve stopped instead of continuing to damage my couch more. I even had more plastic available for them to use. They also had a ridiculous amount of moving blankets leftover that were not used to protect my items but thrown in at the end. I haven’t received my box yet so to be determined how everything held up. They were very nice but I am so sad about my couch damage that was preventable.
