Robert and Christopher were professional and extremely careful with unloading and moving my furniture into my new residence. Some of my furniture was extremely heavy and they were cautious and careful with the handling and delivery of each piece into the rooms that they needed to be placed into. They verified and even double checked where each piece of furniture needed to be. They both were extremely professional and respectful and did an incredible job. They communicated beforehand of their estimated time arrival and arrived between the scheduled time arrival. Moving is already stressful but Robert and Christopher made the process incredibly smoother. I couldn’t be more grateful for their thoroughness, care and patience during this moving process especially with the hard and heavy lifting they had to do. Pleasant experience and would highly recommend using Smooth Moves to anyone needing professional moving assistance. Five stars!
