Very professional, great communication. My only disappointment is one of my pieces of furniture broke during the move, which I was not happy about, but all other aspects were good.

I requested and confirmed my job to start at 5. No one got to me until 715, I went a hour and a half without receiving in a communication. The owner of this moving company did not communicate well at all, in fact he just didn’t. I would call and text and he wouldn’t respond. This was the worst experience with movers I have ever had. The actual movers that arrived were very helpful and quick but my experience was definitely overshadowed by their bosses lack of professionalism.
