I set my move for a date and they canceled. Then they rescheduled and then arrived almost 2 hours later than scheduled. I paid for load and unload but then was told I only paid for loading after they loaded everything up. Also was told that they don’t pick stuff up off the floor. Umm not sure where you have your stuff but most boxes and stuff are on the floor. Also broke a container, left stuff not loaded. Had to reminded them multiple times what needed loaded. Total nightmare
