  • the day we moved it was SO HOT but these guys helped us get everything unloaded and into the house. I was mainly outside telling them where things went so I was a little frustrated when at the end I came upstairs to find most of the stuff wasn't in the correct room or spot. Thankfully I'm able to move it myself but if a client says put it in this room that is where it should go. They were very polite.

  • At first I thought they were on top of it. Turns out, they didn't know what they were doing. They scratched my kitchen table by putting heavy ceramic plant pots on it. They had to removed them and cover the table. They didn't know how to use straps and they tied a knot. I thought it was packed tight until I got there and there was a TON of damage. My custom made record cabinet had the door ripped off, unrepairable. I told them it was my prized possession and they threw it on the dolly like it was nothing. I told them they had to cover it. I had tons of moving blankets and straps. 5 of my very expensive and large ceramic flower pots were smashed. My boxes with spices and oils, etc, spilled all over the truck, and everything smelled like vinegar. My 75inch tv had the legs broken off. It goes on and on. Do not use them!

    Hello We currently have an active resolution case, and we provided over 15 photos documenting the condition of the items before the truck left for Georgia. We advised you not to add loose items and flower pots because they could shift or break during transit, but you insisted they be loaded. We also accommodated additional items you originally planned to donate and carefully packed everything as securely as possible, including loose spices and other small items. You drove the truck to Georgia after our loading service was completed. At the time of departure, you told us you were satisfied and would leave a good review. We were surprised to receive these damage claims days later. We use SafeLoad coverage and take our responsibility seriously. Based on our documentation and the circumstances, we do not believe our crew caused the reported damage. We will continue cooperating with the resolution process and provide our documentation as requested. Thank you
