Large items such as TVs over 75 inches and appliances must be disclosed. Please book enough time for your move. Additional time must be approved before work continues.

They broke 2 legs off my couch. The also let the mattress hit the wall and it caused a big hole.

We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your experience as we do take our customer service seriously. We want to clarify what took place during this move. During the move one of our movers lost footing while carrying an item which resulted in the wall damage. This was addressed on site and we are currently in the process of getting it repaired. As for the couch it was not transported or loaded by our team. We were asked to move larger items downstairs only. While handling it the legs were already loose and breaking apart which was pointed out at the time. We take accountability for what happens on our jobs and are actively working to resolve the wall repair.
