  • I communicated prior to the move the size of our truck and that we would book additional time if they thought we would need it. The 2 guys came and made it very clear we needed more time and seemed mad because of the size of our truck, as it wasn’t communicated to them that we had a 26’ truck. We wanted help taking the remaining storage items to our storage unit, but they couldn’t do it due to a personal emergency. Hard working and did a good job with our belongings. We were put in an awkward situation, because the crew didn’t get the information they need to do their job efficiently ( they said they needed more than 2 guys).
