  I booked two movers for a two-man move. Only one person showed up—late, without a dolly or any tools as promised. I’m a single mom and couldn’t move large items down the stairs by myself. I ended up giving away three major pieces of furniture because I physically couldn’t move them and was out of time. The company didn’t apologize, offered no reimbursement, and ignored my dispute completely. I even had to Uber to Target to buy tools just to get through the move. They broke two pieces of furniture while disassembling my beds and left a large scrape on the wall. When I asked where the second mover was, I was told they didn't show up because they had been arrested.

  The day before the move, was contacted and asked to pay for the movers gas money as they would be driving their own car. However when they arrived, they didnt have a car? Then, one of the movers didnt show up at all, no reason given. Was offered a refund, but was still extremely frustrating to not get the work I had hired. The guy who was helping was clearly inexperienced and had no idea how to fit stuff into a truck, because of this, we had to make two trips which drove up the cost of the rental. At one point, the mover told me the truck was full, however over half the truck was still empty. He was friendly, however, that didnt make up for the total lack of professionalism. Would not recommend.
