    Did not contact me prior to scheduled day to confirm arrival time. I sent them a message the day before asking them to contact me to ensure correct arrival time. They contacted me the morning of the loading day to tell me they would be arriving at 9am even though I wouldn't have my moving truck until 0930 and wouldn't be back at the house to start loading until about 11am. Loaded truck well but some totes and the washer and 2 dryers were not properly secured and shifted in transit.
