They were very flexible with scheduling, and worked very late to get the job done. My only complaint is related to a bit of deceptive pricing. I had reserved three movers for two hours. I was called ninety minutes prior that they only had two available. The job took three times as long because of this. I would have assumed that three movers at two hours would have been the same as two movers for three hours (six labor hours total). This is far from it; there is only a slight increase for three movers, so only sending two made the job take much longer and the additional cost was extreme. I didn’t want to argue with the crew working hard, but I do feel a bit cheated with this not being made clear when they couldn’t deliver the three movers I ordered.
