I booked this unload at midnight and received a call back within seconds! The gentleman who answered the phone was friendly, helpful and professional, even though it was the middle of the night. He assured me that two workers would be at my home the following afternoon and gave a general time. I received a text message in the next afternoon 15 minutes before the two workers arrived, giving me a heads up that they are on their way, which I really appreciated. Two young men showed up to rescue my kids who were moving to a third floor apartment and were exhausted from staying up most of the night loading the U-Haul truck. These two young men worked harder than anybody I’ve ever seen. Not only were they kind, courteous and professional, they were flat out amazing. Even though it was hot and sunny outside, they worked like it was 50 degrees on a cloudy breezy day. They were incredibly friendly, incredibly helpful. I highly recommend Zavon and his helper and this company.
