They damaged the storm door opening mechanism by resting a dresser on top of it. They said they would replace it that night, no call no show. Texted and said the next day afternoon, no call no show. I texted again and now the part is on order to be replaced next week. I am not sure if this will ever happen. The move was okay for a few pieces of furniture, this repair is concerning. I hope they come through.
