  • Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the service. The movers were friendly and polite, but the work was very slow and seemed quite unorganized. We had two people for two hours, just as with our previous moves, where the unloading was completed in about one hour. This time, it took almost the entire two hours just to carry everything downstairs and load the vehicle. As a result, they didn’t have time to help us unload, and we had to do that ourselves. We understand the initial delay due to the wrong address and appreciate their apology. However, overall, the service was much less efficient than our previous experiences, and we would not book them again.
