Josh was extremely helpful. I had to order a UBox to pack and ship across the country on short notice due to a death in the family. Not only did he make sure I was able to get one, he personally delivered early and picked up late with compassion and understanding for my situation. It was really nice to deal with a helpful and kind human being rather than simply a set of rules and guidelines.
