These are some very nice boys however, they had absolutely no clue where to begin to load a 6X12 cargo uhaul trailer. I had to hire another person to help them get this job done. I don't think you should have them loading uhauls for long distance moves there is not enough experience. I was extremely disappointed and this could have been a complete disaster for me had I not had someone else to call.

Thank you for your feedback. We respect every customers opinion. However we feel it is important to provide additional context. Our crew arrived ready to complete your move and offered recommendations based on our experience to safely transport your TVs because they were not in their original boxes. Unfortunately those recommendations were dismissed and you insisted they be packed a different way. Before we had the opportunity to begin loading you called someone else to show us how it is done. That individual scraped your driveway and ultimately confirmed the same concern we raised from the beginning. Everything was not going to fit. We take pride in providing safe and professional moving services and regret that we were not given the opportunity to complete the job under those circumstances.

Although the movers were a little late arriving to the job, they ensured that everything was carefully loaded and unloaded. They went out of their way to take care of my needs and got the job done. Highly recommend.
