I paid for a 2 person cleaning crew for 2 hrs. The person that showed up was one of the movers himself with a broom and vacuum. He did not bring in any cleaning equipment and only vacuumed. None of the bathrooms were touched and no one else came with him for the 2 person job. He told me this was the first time someone booked this service with them, through U-haul, and he didn't know what he was supposed to be doing. This was obviously an apartment move-out cleaning that needed bathroom cleaning and some light mopping. They were just fine for loading services but not for cleaning.
