I had to initiate all communications with this company for unloading my Uhaul truck (unlike the company that loaded my truck). Of the two men, one was 1 hour late, so my brother and two nephews started unloading the truck with the 1 person from your company. I wasn’t contacted with an explanation or any offer of a discount for the lateness and inconvenience.
