• We initially paid for two movers for 4 hours starting at 8 am. They asked to move the time to 830, to which we agreed despite making it clear that we had a long drive ahead. The movers did not show up until a little after 9 am. Of the two movers we got, Victor and Raj, Victor was solid and seemed to know what he was doing and came to work. Raj, on the other hand, was very slow and took unacceptably long breaks. We frequently saw him sitting on the couch, and at one point, he went to the bathroom and didn't emerge for over half an hour. The whole job, which was a 2 bedroom apartment, went over the 4 hours we had booked, and consequently, we had to pay for a 5th hour despite the job being prolonged by only having 1 person working most of the time. They did not secure anything and jury rigged the furniture dollies in such a way that it damaged the uhaul truck. We found most of our furniture broken or damaged on arrival due to poor packing and handling. Would absolutely not use them again.
