  • The movers broke the footboard of my bed within the first 5 minutes of being in my home and I do understand accidents happen, but they did not even say sorry. Also, they put all the small items in first so I had lamps underneath heavy items. After 2 hours, I told them to leave and that I would finish up. I had to COMPLETELY unpack the entire 20 foot uhaul and reload it so that my items would fit as they loaded all of the small items first and there was so much space left underneath and in between things. I would not recommend this moving service to load your truck, however, I do appreciate that they brought all of my heavy items to the truck which made it easier to repack.
