• I would not hire this company for anything! It took 3 days of my texting to gain a response-confirmation. The guys that were sent were nice, took direction well but, young and had never moved before. The owner, Denise, of this company was completely unprofessional! I was unable to leave a voice mail on the number UHaul provided due to the mailbox being full. Could only text. She has another business that takes priority. Moving is stressful enough then to add to it Denise was aggressively demanding of a job code while I was trying to finish loading a UHaul truck and I was on a time crunch, helpers time was completed. She would not stop calling me. We had an unpleasant conversation! (cursing was involved)! I sent the code she needed as soon as I was able to.

  This customer received proper communication and said she was satisfied with my workers. She wanted to use my crew for longer than she paid. I told her I would have to add more hours through the site and she became belligerent. She then wanted to pay them instead of the company and was dishonest about them still being at the site, making them work beyond the assigned hours. I told them to leave and she became belligerent calling me names. (THIS IS A BUSINESS) and I have developed great relationships with my customers however I will not allow myself to be taken advantage of. I provide great service.
