Scheduled for 1-4. night prior Chad texted and was pleasant. I asked for a heads up if anything changes. Moving day it was 1240 I asked for ETA.He stated they are running behind at the prior job and the job was an hour away. He asked if 230 would be okay. I agreed. At 227 requested ETA, I was told 320. Chad was very apologetic and I was understanding but transparent about the inconvenience. When the movers finally arrived they were kind and worked hard. After they left I told Chad I wouldn’t mind if he gave a discount for the inconvenience and lack of communication but if doing so deducted from the movers pay not to. He asked me for the payment code which I honestly was unaware that was even a thing and I told him that. I explained I wasn’t home and driving and would text him then. An hour later I have several messages stating he was going to report me for theft of services. I told him my little girl had my phone he said it didn’t matter and it only took 30 seconds. Company is a joke.
