  • Is was an awful experience. They didn't know how to load my U boxes they put the stuff in there anywhere and I had to show them how to place some items in the box. I HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THE JOB. And the lady I spoke to about it wasn't even apologizing she was upset at me.

Sandra, your statements are completely false. Our movers completed your job, and I have photographs to prove it. You never hired anyone else to finish the move. You informed us that your friend was supposed to complete the job for free, but he was unavailable, so you hired our company instead. You began complaining as soon as our movers arrived. You became upset when you were required to provide your payment code. Our movers treated you with kindness and respect and completed the work they were hired to do. We have photographic evidence documenting the completed job. We strongly dispute your accusations and stand behind our employees and the services they provided.
