There were some times that were just larger than expected and they had no problem coming up with solutions that were both effective and efficient. Mind you- they helped me move ON CHRISTMAS EVE- and not once did they rush me- not once did they seem bothered. The only big deal item for them was ensuring I, and my family were satisfied.
