  • Movers were polite, positive, & professional. I appreciated their teamwork. However, I was expecting more experience with securely wrapping and ratcheting items for protection for a long-distance Pod move. Solid strategies were used, like creating walls in the Pod. However, stretch wrap, bungee, ropes, and ratchets were offered, but underutilized. I am not confident in how stable my things will be in transit.
