  • The actual JJ Moving Services with Juan was fantastic when we used them last year. This year Julio’s crew was sent instead and they were very hard to work with. We had to tell them to do things over and over. At the storage unit one of the guys went missing and we found him helping another lady move. If our friends hadn’t come to help, I’m not sure we would’ve finished. We were so physically exhausted at the end because they were making us move stuff. The original JJ is great, these people were not.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. We had an emergency we had to send another moving helper to cover for us, so we didn't leave you stranded. we care for our customers but this time backfire on us .we apologize for the bad experience we didn't whant to cancel on you .

He showed up right on time with extra supplies to help pack the pods. He brought additional help knowing we had a long drive ahead and wanted to get on the road ASAP.
