• Overall, my experience was positive. I would consider using Naptown again. Communication ahead of the move was excellent. I have hired moving labor several times over the past 3 years for clean outs and on both ends of a multi-trip cross country move. This was a small job of moving 10x10, unstacked storage unit contents 1 mile to my house, 20 mins load, 15 mins unload. While Christian & Jad were pleasant & focused, I sensed lack of experience in using leverage. They struggled to attach a tow strap, didn’t use provided carts to efficiently move multiple items at the same time and didn’t team lift larger items, like a file cabinet with papers in 2 drawers, to keep them upright. Other than the files being scattered inside the drawers no harm was done. Had I needed a full truck with liquids valuables & fragiles loaded for a long trip, I would be concerned about how long the load would take and whether everything was intact & secure. And, I can’t imagine how tired the crew would be!

• Jimmy and Jay were awesome. Quick and efficient with space. Brought two Dollie’s which helped move items quickly as well as secure items in the truck. Will use this service again and would recommend.
