• This was BY FAR the WORST moving experience EVER. I set a time and they showed up 2.5 hours late. Very unprofessional. They couldn’t lift my couch I offered a dolly but they declined. They dragged my couch ripped it, got it dirty. It was brand new. They offered to clean it and fix it, they were suppose to set a date to come out but won’t answer or return calls. I’m usually not one to complain or write reviews but if they offered to move me for 2.00 dollars I wouldn’t pay 5 cents. Please take your money elsewhere.

• Never received a final receipt. When I communicated with this company, I was told yes someone will drive the uhaul. then on the day, I was hit with a $200 fee including a 3rd helper, driving charge, and extra time to finish the job. I was only quoted an extra $75 which I agreed to. Then they showed up, an hour late, were slow and had to be reminded what they were moving and kept asking me to repeat what I needed them to take on the truck. The pictures I sent the dispatcher the previous month, and the list of items never made it to the movers, and they told me they didn't have any idea I needed a driver, or that I needed help loading and unloading too, and it seemed a bit like I was being scammed. There was a lot of back and forth from the mover about well, we could drive, but I don't really want to drive, but technically we can drive, and it began to feel like I put my trust in a company that wasn't exactly on the up and up. They didn't even finish the job.
