  • They did not secure any of our belongings or wrap anything around our furniture to assure it didn’t get damaged. The heavy items from our living room were put on top instead of on the bottom. When we opened the door things fell. They were given padding and instructions and nothing was used, most of the furniture had damage. When we got mid way through the way they packed it looked like they just threw it in there.. I have never had such a move. So heartbreaking.
