Good communication. Owner brought his son. I thought it was ok but I only booked movers for a short amount of time and they loaded garbage and empty boxes into my truck. The empty boxes were loaded with garbage and paper and it ended up costing me more time because I had to unload this stuff and go back to my house and load all the heavy items. It would’ve been easier for me to do it on my own. A few items were scratched, and I lost some blown glass pumpkins of high value. However, this seems to be a recurring event with movers. I think next time I’ll have to move on my own.
