Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
These guys were great. Communicated very well both before and during the job. Got the job done quickly and efficiently, and treated our items very carefully. They were friendly and professional. I'd definitely hire them again, if we ever do this again.
All in all average experience. None of my stuff was damaged and they did a great job unloading. I would say we ran into an issue about timing. I was contacted before my reservation to meet around 30mins before my reservation to discuss a game plan which I appreciated. I unfortunately was not able to meet any earlier. I got a call about 10-15mins after my reservation was supposed to begin stating that they were about an hour away. So by the time we got started it was about an hour and a half passed the reservation time. Once they arrived they got straight to work, and they did stay for the full length of time agreed upon. They did a great job unpacking so you will have no problems with that.
They were amazing! Got everything done safely and quickly.
