Horrible experience. They did initially reach out to me to confirm time appointment at initial booking. On the day of my move, they were 2 hours late. I had to reach out multiple times after the first 30 mins of them not showing up&no heads up. The communication was not there. I described communication would have been great so I had a heads up, as this impacted my whole U-Haul reservation and plans for the day (had a trip going out of town the following day). When they finally showed up, the packing of the items on the truck was subpar. My tv stand was broken on the move. My mattress (which I prewrapped in plastic) was drug down part of my apartment complex hallway leaving it dirty, instead of simply stopping and fixing the plastic. I ended up helping with moving and carrying items myself to help expedite the process in and out of the building. One of the guys (younger) was on social media&phone calls throughout the move. Forceful with the payment code process at end. Don’t recommend!
