I paid for piano fee expecting an expert but the movers who came told us it was their first job and they had no experience with piano + no proper equipment. The movers just dragged my piano on the cement floor which caused lots of scratches and some parts of it even came off. They gave up unloading it later and we asked for refund, they made excuses that it was because it is their first time doing it. I sent them pictures of the damages they caused and asked for the reimbursement and they responded they could only give us partial refund for the service fee, not the reimbursement nor the full refund for the unfinished service. I accepted the amount anyway hoping everything to be done but they didn’t respond after promising the refund and now we have to call the province and take legal action. We gave them the payment code in good faith just because they pressured us and said they are gonna be fired if we do not provide it, but now i regret. they were just trying to deceive us
