    I wish I had gotten the 2 men's names who helped me.They were amazing, respectful and extremely efficient. I move a LOT and have had some intentionally slow movers (paid by the hour), but these men were great and not flirty or disrespectful. I had a small number of large furniture pieces and many, many smaller (but semi-heavy) garment bags with clothes and shoes as well as boxes. I moved from a townhouse on the 2nd and third floors of my building so there was a lot of up down (no elevator) for them, and they loaded up my truck quickly and neatly. They worked hard and so fast. I paid for 4 hours bc the system suggested adding an hour per floor. It took them a little less than 3 hours to finish, including travel time to my new place. The company didn't refund the difference, but I don't mind in this case bc they EARNED it. It wasn't hot but it was quite warm outside. I hope the workers get that difference. They deserve it, and I'll be choosing this company again when I move again!
