I feel that my movers went above and beyond. They were personable and caring with my belongings. They treated my things as if they were their own. They worked swiftly and were well prepared for all things needed for the move.
I had a partly negative experience the second time around. My appointment was accidentally booked an hour late, and I was running on a time crunch to get to my new place to receive a bed delivery. Because the move was rushed, it was sloppy and my car trunk ended up getting damaged. I just wanted to be done with the experience and the company, so I'm going to end up paying for it out of pocket. Would not recommend working with this company.
The two guys who unloaded our truck were professional, communicative and efficient. The entire 26’ truck was completely unloaded in under 2 hours. Great work ethic!
