To continue, when my box was delivered, the man delivering +4 hours late and was on the phone the entire time, not making for a very friendly experience. The UBOX itself was in great condition. No issues there. However when we started loading the UBOX it fell while my friend was in it loading... the person who dropped it off did NOT put down the trailer kickstand all the way NOR did they put in the safety pin. The UBOX fell forward onto the ground while my friend was in it. Thank go no one got hurt. We knew Moving help wouldn't respond given the mornings events, thankfully I had 2 friends there & while I stood on the back of the ubox, they manually had to deadlift the trailer back up into position and put down the kickstand to get the UBOX back in the air... again, THANK GOD no one got hurt. I can't imagine if I had kids around and the Ubox or trailer had fell on them or if we hadn't been able to get box back in air. Again the pick up was 6pm and they showed up 7pm. Horrible experience

After reading about this company online I was really eager to give it a go... unfortunately choosing this company made for an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. When I tried to call the day prior to confirm, the phone # on receipt wasn't their preferred line so I was hung up on x2, then texted a different # with no answer. When I finally got a response the person on other end wouldn't give any confirmation of address after I asked three times & when I tried to confirm the time which was a drop off at 10am and pick up at 6pm, the man said, I'll be there 10ish,extremely unprofessional behavior. Needless to say, the box did not get dropped off at 10am. After waiting all morning and calling x6 times to the main # with NO response, x2 to the original nonpreffered #, and sending two emails, and 1 live chat, the man finally texted me 142pm that he was on his way to pick up the box from U-Haul. The box did not arrive until & 4 hours after its scheduled delivery time.

He did run late but once there they were very professional and moved the items very quickly
