  • This was a train wreck. 1) I asked the driver days in advance if he'd call to inform me when he was on his way. He just gave me a window and acted like a call was too much to ask. 2) When I showed up at that window at the storage unit, I waited an hour, then texted him, and he said he was running 45 minutes late, when in reality he showed up over 2 HOURS AFTER THE WINDOW he gave. 3) When he did show up, I unlocked the lock to find that some genius screwed the Ubox closed in two places using brackets and those star shaped screws. I had to take another half hour and money to get the equipment myself to unscrew the Ubox. I called Uhaul and they said - The driver is supposed to have equipment to unscrew that. THIS WAS AWFUL. I see a tip helper below -- you should be refunding me!!!
