• I hired Allure Movers LLC through Uhaul Moving Help and had a very disappointing experience. The movers arrived late and completely unprepared. They brought no tools to dismantle my beds and didn't even have a furniture dolly. I had to leave in the middle of my move to rent one from U-Haul and ended up purchasing it myself, causing additional delays and expenses. Loading my two-bedroom apartment took 3.5hours. I contacted the owner, Jarvis Rhodes, during the move because the crew was working so slowly, but nothing changed. My friend and I ended up carrying furniture, boxes, and containers ourselves. Several pieces of my furniture were damaged. I immediately sent Jarvis a video and timestamped screenshot showing the damage, but he never resolved the issue and instead tried to blame the second moving company I hired. I cannot recommend Allure Movers LLC.

• Lack of communication and commitment with the schedule. When you book a moving service, you need to be there to perform the work you were hired to do. 3 to 4hs delay isn’t acceptable in this business. Despite that, helpers were skilled though.
