No communication before the move. Requested for loading and unloading and the helper thought it was only loading and had to make the compromise in front of the truck. Poor experience.

The communication wasn’t great, I had to reach out to them first. They were about 30 minutes late as well. Once they got here though, they were fine. A solid, budget option
