They didn't properly strap item down after they told me to go buy the straps. They didn't use them which cause my headboard leg to break. They load was secured enough.

The loading was done correctly, but the belts arrived late and we had already moved forward with the truck. We also realized that the belts that were purchased did not work for the truck because they were too short. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but we tried to help you in every way we could.
