1st helpers did not show or call. 1 hour later another helper team comes. It was going well. Asked if I could provide cloth to wrap glass tabletops and was told it was taken care of, only for 2 glass tabletops to be destroyed! He packed the glass standing on edge, wrapped in blanket, leaning against the inside of the truck over the wheel well! I go over a speed bump in the parking lot and glass shatters. Then he proceeded to yell at me bc Im driving that it was my fault. A woman, by herself. Glass shattered everywhere, that I cleaned up alone. Very disappointing experience. I had to ask him to apologize, he did eventually. I’ve used Moving Help before. How about offer insurance? I would have confidence to do business again if I could protect my property during the move. I lost $ bc we were to deliver the table at drop off.

I requested 2 helpers for an hour to get our heavier furniture upstairs. They were fast, efficient and well worth it! Would definitely recommend
