  I was surprised when 4 guys showed up instead of 2 & they were about 30 minutes early, but that worked out fine. They were very fast and nice. A couple of the guys were a little too fast and hit the walls and banister a few times when carrying some of the bigger items. The lead guy told them to slow down repeatedly. I appreciate them working quickly, but they did put a scrape in the wood floor and a few scrapes and dents on the wall and banister. The lead guy was great, knowledgeable, and strong. If the other guys would just slow down and listen to him they’d have earned 5 stars across the board. Still, for the price and speed that they worked 4.5 stars is well earned. Would I hire them again, most likely. I’d just stress the need to be as careful as possible beforehand. Cash tip was given.

  Movers texted they were on the way early. I wasn't quite home. I arrived just after they did. They didn't let me know they had arrived. They knocked and went back to their car and were about to leave after 5 minutes after arrival when though the job was prepaid. They were cranky and rude. They complained about how much stuff they thought I had to pack. I already had most stuff packed. They only needed to pack the master bedroom, closet and ensuite. It took them 3 hours to do that, and a whole hour to load about 30 boxes. They seemed tired, were slow and not friendly. I was disappointed given past reviews. I expected more professionalism.
