The movers were amazing. They got it done in less than a hour. Now the actual company a 6. Hard to get in contact with them. Attempted 14 calls over a 4 hour period and nothing. Then when I do I’m told I’m going to get a call back and it takes 3 additional hours. By that time I was over it and ready to cancel and find someone else. Then I was guaranteed a specific start time and movers were late. Luckily they finished before I needed to return my uhaul but the process went from simple to exhausting.
