• My movers were super helpful and kind. However the management was egregiously unprofessional and uncommunicative. They told me they’d arrive between 9-10am; I had no communication from the movers whatsoever the morning of, and by 11;30 no one had arrived and no one had called me to tell me where they were or when to expect them. As such, I canceled the service and booked with another company because I thought they were no shows, and were impossible to contact. Then, an hour later around noon, I got a call that Emergency Shift was outside my apartment with my UBox. We proceeded with the move only for the two gentlemen working to leave because they wanted a higher pay than agreed. Eventually another person came to help complete the move; we were done by 3pm or so. This was the most exhausting move of my life. Do not book with these people if you have a timeline or need communication with your movers. Once the final movers arrived, they were kind, professional, fast, and apologetic.
