• Very young guys could not handle the furniture hauling from outside to the second floor. No flooring cover, no shoes cover or bootie. I had to intervene and physically helped them carrying furniture.

• Uhaul sent them to the wrong place. I suggest confirming the address with the customer prior to move. They did handle going to the wrong place well. They were good at lifting stuff and they relied on lots of direction from us. Not an issue, just know you have to really guide them.
